Directions for use
Pudding powder chocolate for 500 ml milk (for 4 servings) 1. Mix powder with 2-3 hect. Tbsp (50 g) sugar. Gradually mix with at least 6 tablespoons of the cold milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour pudding into a bowl or cold-rinsed lintel mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to turn out. Tip: Put cling film directly on the hot pudding surface, then no pudding skin will form.
